Works well, chills my hot coffee down quickly. The plastic version did not last long, it cracked after 6 months. The company was fantastic in replacing it, but I was so happy with the concept I bought the stainless steel one. Works great

Jury is still out
Bought the plastic version and it worked great until it cracked. Saw this was an issue when I first purchased but bought it anyways. Then last week, I noticed they had an all metal version so went ahead and ordered that. Based on what I’ve seen, the issues start popping up after a few months of use. I will note though that I have a ninja coffee machine that has an ice coffee feature, so it will brew the coffee at a lower temp and will also brew my coffee a bit slower. I’ve seen some of the issues of the collapsing inner par on the metal versions. I’m hoping because my coffee maker can brew slower and at a lower temp, those issues won’t be a problem for me. I’ll be sure to follow up down the road.

I was thrilled to come across this product; it is such a clever idea! Living in Hawaii, we exclusively drink our coffee iced and have been putting it in the fridge overnight to cool it down for years. Sometimes we forget to do it at night, then you’re either drinking it hot, or watering it down trying to cool it quickly. So this product is a game changer. You do need to freeze it beforehand, so I’m not sure if this will replace our everyday routine or just be for emergencies or those days you decide you need an extra one in the afternoon. I love that the design of this chills the coffee without watering it down at all, so you still get your full coffee flavor and taste. It only holds a smaller size coffee (looks like between 8-12 oz), but one ‘freezing’ can still cool down 2-3 canisters full before needing to pop back in the freezer. It’s really easy to use. I opted for the Stainless Steel style and I find it attractive (more so than the plastic ones). All the parts are metal and feel really well constructed and durable. The Stainless Steel also makes it easy to clean. Such a great invention! Very functional product that makes a great gift for any (cold) coffee lover!

Short version: Don't waste your money on this product. It cracked after three months.
Longer version: I've had the original black version for YEARS and it's still going strong. I bought a pink one on January 3rd, 2025 (which is apparently "NEW, IMPROVED,STRONGER AND MORE DURABLE") so I could have one at work and one at home. On April 2nd, 2025, I noticed that it had a crack along the side and was leaking in the freezer. I work alone in an office and use this once a day, maybe three to four times a week, so it hadn't gotten much use. It was never dropped so I have no idea what caused this. I reached out to customer service immediately to request a refund, and they got back to me today, April 10th, stating that they could offer a replacement but not a refund, so I'm just out the money because I don't want another piece of cheap plastic that I don't trust to break within the next few months. Don't waste your money on this.
