- Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2022Cindy has been one of my favorite sources for mothering encouragement for quite some time now. I had no idea she is such a wonderful writer as well! My dear friend loves her just as much as I do, if not more. This book has already had me laugh out loud several times and I’ve barely put a dent in it. And the recipes look very practical and delicious. I can’t wait to read the book I should have read many recommendations ago-Mere Motherhood!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2022I’m such a fan of Cindy Rollins. This collection is wonderful writing. It has brought me to tears multiple times. After reading Mere Motherhood, I wanted to get my hands on more of her writing and this really came through! I love that it feels seasonal, as the newsletters are monthly installments. It’s nice to read one a month and then mull over it for a few weeks.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2020Love anything Cindy writes. Makes me feel like I'm not alone on the journey. I glean so many little tidbits from her and all so warmly delivered like I'm chatting with my best friend over coffee. Love love love!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 20, 2019I love reading Cindy’s short newsletters. I love her book and knew I’d love these.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2019I don’t normally write reviews, as I am a busy home educating mama and time is limited, but I felt this book needed reviewing. I purchased this copy after excitedly finding out Cindy Rollins had another book out I wasn’t aware of, and because her writing is so refreshing and gives me such a sense of “you can do this!”, I went ahead and ordered that same day. I didn’t even have to think twice.
I am trying to pace myself and not gobble it up, since she can’t possibly write as fast as I read :) so I am coming here after only reading the second portion (newsletter two) and while both were spectacularly written, the second one was so powerful I spent minutes sobbing with the truth shared and encouragement given. She has been there, you guys!
It is worth the price of the book for even just one newsletter.
I am ordering several more copies to give to my mom friends. The world needs these truths!
