We're going to start with our raspberries right into the bottom of our pan. For the second layer, we're going to add some freshly chopped mango. You don't want to use the frozen ones here so chop it yourself. For this layer, we're going to add some strawberries that I've cut in half. And see how we're doing red, yellow, and then red. Doing this on purpose because it's going to make the nicest design. A personal favorite for this layer, we're going in with some green grapes. I chopped these into three because these were the longest grapes I've ever seen. We're not picky We're going to add some red grapes as well. Or purple grapes whatever you want to call them. Oh one's on the loose. And that way we have both types of grape. These create such a strong base because they've got this nice thick skin. So go ahead and throw those in. Last but not least we are going to toss in some tiny blueberries. And this is going to complete our color combo. When we cut this open it's going to look so crazy. Alright let's set this aside and get out our little burner. This is the fun part. Let's grab a pan and turn on heat. This to medium's fine. Let's pour our apple juice into our saucepan. We're going to need about four cups. We can just eyeball it. I know what four cups looks like. Let's let this heat up. While the apple juice heats up we're going to take about five packets of gelatin and pour that right in. Make sure you take a whisk and start mixing that up right away. Look at that. Turns into this nice crazy colour. And it's really important to activate the gelatin. We just need to let this boil. And then it's go time. And now that it's nice and heated up let's add another quick splash of apple juice. You can use any juice that you like here. Give that a quick mix. And we're ready to go. The next part you want to do quickly we are going to pour in our apple juice gelatin mixture. All the way evenly into our pan. All of my favourite fruits. All in one. This is the perfect amount of liquid. And this is going to solidify completely. Amazing. Now that we've got it all mixed together. We are going to pop this in the fridge for hours and let it completely harden. Let's throw that in the middle shelf. Be careful not to spill. And we'll see that in a couple hours. Alright it's been a couple hours. Let's take a look. I'm excited about this one. Let's see. I'm not convinced it's going to come out of this mold but I think we're going to be able to get it out. Looking pretty solid honestly. Ooh. This is heavier than I thought. What do you think? Is this going to come out? Uh I hope so. There's only one way to get this out of here. We need a cutting board. Let's get that right on top. Hold on a second. I need to see what this looks like. No, we need to see what this looks like. You're going to love this. Are you ready? Three, two, one. Look at that. What the heck? Wow. That is so pretty. Oh my goodness. This looks insane. Cheers. That is the coolest way to eat fruit.

We're just going to add some fresh raspberries to the bottom of our bundt pan. On top of that, we're going to add some fresh mango. You just give it a press so that it fills the mold and we're going to top that with some fresh strawberries. Now we've got some green grapes. They've been cut into halves. We're going to top our strawberries with our green grapes. And once again just spreading them out using your hands. On top of our green grapes we've got some purple. But you know what y'all they call these red grapes. But correct me if I'm wrong. That's purple right? I mean come on. Why do they call it the wrong name? And our last fruit is going to be fresh blueberries. And we are going to cover the remaining spots. We want to have a completely full bundt pan. Now we're going to some apple juice. I'm using the no-sugar added apple juice because we're going to keep this light and healthy. One cup of the apple juice into our bowl and we're going to add some gelatin. This is just the unflavored gelatin. We're going to use four packs that come into this package. We're going to add that to our apple juice And stir that up just a bit. But we're going to just leave that sitting on the side for now. So we've got three cups now of our apple juice and that is going to go into our sauce pan. We need to keep that to a boil. Now, because the apple juice we're using is no sugar added, we are going to add just a touch of sweetness but we're going to do that in a controlled way because instead of using regular sugar, I'm going to be using the Truvia. It actually has no calories. It's sweetened with stevia. There's three tablespoons that are going to go into that. There's two, three. And we're going to heat that to a boil but we're going to add some lemon juice. It's right in the top shelf. Would you grab that for me please? I sure can. And you could use fresh lemon if you want but I'm just going to use the remainder. Real lemon. Of the lemon juice that I already have in this bottle. And I'm guessing that it's about a tablespoon. But I'm a little bit of an eyeballer. Are y'all eyeballers too or do you like to just use exact measurements every time. Let me know what you think. Me too. I Alright, we have bubbles. It's boiling. Now, we're going to add the boiling apple juice to the bowl with the gelatin. Wow. This is going to be crazy. Yeah, I am too. You're going to get scalding apple sauce. Y'all notice I've lost my voice. I've listened. I've had a crazy month. We've done a lot of traveling and. Okay, here we go. I have talked a lot. Okay, here we go. Yup. Ready? Go, go, go, go. I got it. I got it. I got it. Alright. We did it. We did it y'all. Yes. Alright. Stir that up. We did it. So, that has mixed up nicely and now, we take that mixture and carefully pour it on top of our fruit. Scoop that. Okay. Okay. Now, this is the part that I'll get. Let's get it. Alright. Get it in the middle here. Ready? Are you ready? Now, we allowed our apple juice gelatin mixture to cool down because you don't want to pour it into the fruit while it's still boiling hot. So, after it's cooled, we're now going to top everything and I'm nervous about this. Here we go. I'm going to go fast. Here we go. It should be enough to cover. Okay, that's exactly what you want. You want it to go all the way to the very top. Wow. We filled that perfectly. That never happens. That worked out perfectly. Now, the next part is the hard part. Getting it to the fridge without making it move. Yeah, this is where you're going to spill everything. Okay, here we go. Oh my goodness. Alright, here we go. Can you do it? Okay. Will you open the door for me in the fridge? Uh huh. We're going to let this sit for three to four hours until it is set. Alright. You got it. Oh, man. So close. Close. Well, you get the idea. We can edit that out. Alright. So, it's been about four hours and the gelatin has set as you can see and now, we've got a pot of hot water. We're just going to lower this in. How are we going to get that in there? I don't know. What if we don't get it out? What if it gets stuck in there? Oh, that'd be horrible. Alright. So, you're supposed to lower it in. Let the water go on top right there. There you go. Okay, y'all. We left it submerged for what about 30 seconds maybe a minute and it may have been too long because we did start seeing some wetness coming out. The key is to dip it into the hot water just long enough so that the outside releases of the button pan. But it's the moment of truth. No turning back now. Let's see what we got. Drum roll please. Here we go. Oh yeah. It's coming out. It's coming out. Alright. I'm so nervous. Let's see. That. That is amazing. Stunningly beautiful. Oh my gosh. I can't believe how gorgeous it is. Look at that. What a gorgeous, delicious, and healthy dessert. I don't even want to cut it. It looks like a work of art. Now, you can see we did lose some of, I believe this this part down here is where it melted because it was in the heat, a little bit too much but take, learn from our mistakes. Don't let it stay in the heat too long because it will melt quickly but I still think this is so beautiful. I cannot believe this. Alright, we are going to cut a slice and give it a taste. I almost feel bad cutting this. It's so pretty. Here we go. How fun is this? Look at that. We have a easy and healthy, delicious fruit dessert. This is perfect for summer. This will impress your guests. Look at that. You going to try this too, right? I'm coming over and trying this. And I, if we had just not left that in there too long. We don't. That top part would have been nice and gelatin as well but we let it get hot too long. Learn from our mistakes. But look at how pretty that looks. It looks great. Let's try it. Alright. I have a feeling it's going to taste like a lot of fruit. Well, you also have the apple juice, remember? Mm. So it's just slight sweet. Mhm. I like those raspberries. Let me try some raspberry. Mhm. It's just such a great summer dessert. It's all kind of delicious. And look how beautiful it looks on the the plate right there. Y'all even though we melted the top a little bit. I still think this was a success. Let me know if you're going to try this one and take pictures of it. When you make our recipes I love when you take pictures and share them in the comments. Y'all let me know what you think of this one. I'll have some more raspberry.

4.9M views · 2.9K comments | I learned this from Grandma | I learned this from Grandma This video was produced by Network Media, LLC and Elaine Hayhurst | By My Life | Alright, that is just my strawberry jello and I am putting it into a 16-ounce tub of my classic Cool Whip but I've taken out about half of this tub and now I'm going to start gently folding this and incorporating this together. Alright, that looks good. Look at that beautiful pink color. Now, I'm going to bring in my bowl here and I'm going to start adding all of my cool whip down here into my bowl. Ooh and this strawberry flavored jello with the Cool Whip. This is to die for. If you haven't had it before, you're absolutely going to love this combination. Okay, now I'm coming in with some classic fruit cocktail. We're just going to put up right there to one side of our bowl. Just kind of get that all in there like that. That's going to be beautiful with this pink. I did drain most of the juice out of there. I use the heavy syrup. Now I have some cottage cheese here. I got the low fat. This is a twenty-four ounce container and I'm just going to use twelve ounces so just about half of this. And I'm just going to put that right over there. Okay, that's perfect. I don't want to dilute our pink too too much. So, I'm coming in with some of my mini marshmallows. One of my absolute favorite little treats. If you don't like mini marshmallows, I don't know you. I feel like so many people don't like mini marshmallows and I just don't understand why. And here we've got some pecan pieces. And now I'm going to say some people don't like mini marshmallows. Some people don't like pecans. You can customize this totally. You can leave out those mini marshmallows. If you leave out the pecans. If you want to do just pineapple instead. I've seen people do this with just pineapple, mandarin, oranges, all kinds of you can customize this exactly to your liking. I'm just going to put these right there. This looks beautiful. That gorgeous pink color. Okay and I am just going to so gently start folding this all together here. I love this pink. This is my like I said this is my favorite color. So I'm into a pink colorful dessert. We're going to be so gentle fullness. I don't want to get all the air out of my cool whip here. So I already had to beat it just a little bit to get to get it incorporated with my jello mix to give it this beautiful color. This beautiful strawberry flavor. And so we are just going to fold this like I said as gently as I can. Now this is a very classic recipe from the 1950s and we have just updated it. A little smidge here. For for modern times. And the fun thing about having this modern stuff. We've got our own cool whip. You can always make your own cool whip from scratch though. And we've got you know so many fun things like the mini marshmallows I think are classic are stable. Okay. This looks so good. Alright. I'm going to put this into the refrigerator for just an hour to set and then we're going to come back and we're going to serve this goodness up. Alright, we have this chill in the fridge for exactly one hour just to get it a little bit thicker in consistency and now, I'm going to come in with my ice cream scoop and I've got these adorable little individual glass is here. And I am just going to serve some of this up. Look how fun this is when you see the fruit and the marshmallows just peeking out. I think the texture is just adorable. I feel like this is perfect for any like pink themed party. Could be for a baby shower. The original one. My grandma's recipe was a green. Which is kind of why I use this green mat on the bottom to pay a little tribute to her, my grandma Carol and my Aunt Dee. But I just switched this up a little bit to be pink, a little bit more modern. I don't know if they had the strawberry jello back in the day. Whoo. But this is looking really really cute. I love the way this is turning out. Alright. I'm going to give a little bit a little bit of a wipe here. I want to make sure I got these ready to go. You know what would be fun too on here. You could do a sugar rim like you would do on a margarita. But you would just dip it in water. Dip it in some fun colored sugar. And you could do a little sugar rim on there. That would be very festive. Okay I'm coming in with my ready whip. I'm going to do just a small dollop onto each one of these. Cute. This is looking so good. I absolutely love these. I love the way this is turning out. And now because this is strawberry jello. I'm going to put just a strawberry onto each one. Kinda showing our flavor there. These are just kind of smaller strawberries that I had in the fridge. And they are perfect for this little project. And now I have some mini vanilla wafers. Yet the any kind. And so I'm just going to kind of put a little nila wafer in here to top this all off. Do you think that looks good hon? I think that looks great. Okay. Almost like little Mickey Mouse ears. I'm a Disney fan in case you guys didn't know. Sometimes you see me with my mini spatula. I know not everyone loves Disney but I do. So I appreciate you know a little bit of a hidden Mickey as they would say. Okay. And that is it. Our pink jello cups are ready to be enjoyed. I'm going to take a bite of this. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm going to make sure I get oh yeah. I want to get some fruit and a marshmallow. Mm The smell is so good. The strawberry and cool whip. Just like my grandma used to make, only better. Don't tell her.

I learned this from Grandma | I learned this from Grandma | By My Life | Facebook | Alright, that is just my strawberry jello and I am putting it into a 16-ounce tub of my classic Cool Whip but I've taken out about half of this tub and now I'm going to start gently folding this and incorporating this together. Alright, that looks good. Look at that beautiful pink color. Now, I'm going to bring in my bowl here and I'm going to start adding all of my cool whip down here into my bowl. Ooh and this
