My original version has been seen by over 10million people and this is my seeded version which is even better! Plus at the end of the video I show you how to use a Dutch oven to perfect your crunch! The most processed thing we eat each day is sliced bread (us Brits eat over 63billion slices per year!!) If you want to live to 100 - then you must must must save this recipe! I know making home-made bread can often be hard work because you need to knead it and it can take a lot of time to perfect but this recipe you can stir with a spoon and requires very little effort and works every time! Trust me - LIKE, SHARE and FOLLOW for more. Seconds to make, 30mins in oven and completely unprocessed!!! 525g strong bread flour 7g quick acting yeast 15g Olive oil (or 1 tablespoon) 395ml warm water 12g fine salt 50ml Warm water 3 handfuls of your preferred seeds (I used pumpkin, sunflower and poppy) Mix your flour, olive oil, 395ml warm water and yeast together in a bowl. Mixing with a spoon is fine. Cover with cling film and leave to rest in a warm place for 30mins. Dissolve 12g fine salt in 50ml warm water and add to the dough along with your seeds and mix again until combined. You might need to get your hands in at this stage to mix the seeds in well. Leave to rest for 2-4hours in a warm place. Once risen, transfer the dough to a lined high sided baking tray or loaf tin. Try and use a tray that is no bigger than 30x20cm. Don’t worry if the dough is very loose and wet. Sprinkle with a little flour. Or to perfect your loaf, use a Dutch oven (see end of video) Before cooking, pre-heat your oven to 220C (fan) Put in oven for 30-40mins until the bread is baked and golden brown (and sounds hollow when tapped underneath). Directions: 1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and instant yeast. Add the water. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the liquid is absorbed and the ingredients form a sticky dough ball. Rub the surface of the dough lightly with olive oil. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel, cloth bowl cover, or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator immediately for at least 12 hours or for as long as three days. 2. Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper or grease with butter/coat with nonstick cooking spray. 3. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in the center of your pan. Deflate the dough by releasing it from the sides of the bowl and pulling it toward the center. Roll the dough ball in the oil to coat it all over, forming a rough ball. Let the dough ball rest for 3 to 4 hours depending on the temperature of your kitchen (Note: no need to cover for this room temperature rise). 4. Set a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat it to 425°F. If using rosemary, sprinkle it over the dough. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil over dough. Los bollos de chipa los podes guardar crudos en el freezer por 3 meses y los sacas directo para el horno y se hacen en 25 minutos ( esto para mi es CLAVE). • 500 g de fécula de mandioca • 3 huevos • 70 g de manteca • 100 cc de agua ( podes reemplazar una parte por jugo de naranja queda buenismo! O leche si queres una miga mas tierna ) • 200 g de queso rallado ( puede ser el que más te guste el que tengas , yo le puse sardo ) • pizca de sal Te enseño un truco para que te queden bien aireados!! Si batís los huevos 3 minutos en la batidora hasta formas un punto letra vas a tener una masa muchísimo más aireada 😍. Una vez que estén espumosos le agregas el resto de los ingredientes y por último la manteca y el queso hasta lograr una mezcla homogénea . Si sentis que le falta agua podes agregarle un poquito más Si no queres batir los huevos la receta sale igual! Solo que se inflan mucho menos 🫶🏻. Horno 180 grados 25 minutos .
