This is the Mount Wood tunnel near Wheeling, WV from a couple of months ago. Out of all the tunnels I've been to, I'd say this one had the most incredible tunnels and having the tracks still intact and submerged made it extra cool. The tunnel was built for the Wheeling Bridge and Terminal Railway in 1888-89. It meets the Ohio River, where a bridge once stood that spanned the river over to Martins Ferry, Ohio. The tunnel is 1,200 feet long but has collapsed in the middle completely.

The falls are about 100 feet high. The first 40 feet of the creek's descent is hidden as the water makes its ways from Gauley Mountain through a series of Upper Nuttall sandstone ledges. This descent is visible for the last 60 feet as the water spills off the mountain side into the valley below.
