DIY Greenhouse
Building an attached greenhouse with new and recycled materials. Though this is an unheated greenhouse, automated temperature control roof vent and wall fan have been installed to avoid overheating and humidity control.
The base of the floor is a sheet of poly covered with four inches of sand and standard brick floor. The theory is that water will filter through the bricks and down to the sand. The water in the sand will evaporate through the heated bricks maintaining higher temperature inside.
