Easy Same Day Pizza Dough
Ingredients: 290g / 2 cups 00 pizza flour 6g / 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 15g / 2 tsp salt 403g / 2 cups water (60% hydration) 382g / 2 heaping cups Bread Flour (about 2.5cups) Rest times: 6hr room temperature after mix 60-90min room temperature after balling Ready to bake! I love to see your pizzas 🍕 📸 My recipe I use for almost all of my pizzas is the exact same measurements and rest times but with a poolish starter and additional 3-5days cold fermentation. Process: -In a medium bowl combine all dough ingredients, and rest covered for 40 minutes. -Perform one stretch and fold: Lift one side and fold over the center point of the dough. Do a quarter turn and repeat the process. Do this all around the dough. It should look smoother. -Transfer to an oily container and rest covered three hours at room temperature, then take it to the fridge for 24/48 hours. -Divide the dough into three equal parts and make three balls.
