You have to back off and BUILD UP! 👍 Here are 4 push-up regressions / progressions you should practice to eventually get your first full push up: ✅ Level 1: Hands on a bench, knees on the ground. Aim your body “down and forward” so your elbows don’t flare out! ✅ Level 2: Hands on the ground, knees on the ground. Keep working on the “down & forward” motion! ✅ Level 3: NO KNEES as you lower down slowly, then “knees down” to push back up! This one is a game-changer if you’ve been stuck on your knees for a while!
