Tonight kingranchchicken. One green bell pepper, one yellow onion. This recipe was sent to me by Todd Garrett. I've never made King Ranch chicken. I've never even eaten King Ranch chicken. So I'm excited to try this out. Alright we're going to go saute these in a little bit of butter just till they start to get soft. Now we're going to shred up an eight ounce block of cheese. I'm using Colby Jack but use whatever kind you think would be good in this. Get you a bolt. We're putting in a can of cream of chicken soup. Now Todd didn't say this but I thought cream of mushrooms sounded good as well. These peppers and onions going in. We're doing one can of Rotel. I'm leaving the juice in mine. You can season this up however you want but I'm going to use Patented Pot's garlic blend. I've got some corn tortillas here and we're going to cut them in fours. Just like that. Nine by 13 pan. This pan's nice and deep and it's got polka dots so I know somebody's going to ask me about it. It's mm where all the little clicky things are. I just decided I want to put a little dollop of sour cream in here. I'm going to take some kind of creative liberties here. Hello Miss Ma'am. Would you like some chicken? Let's go ahead and lay some ground rules for rotisserieweek. You also make whatever we're making on the screen but you do yours a little bit differently. We're more than happy to hear your suggestion. What we're not going to do is say oh my god that is not King Ranch chicken. Because personally I can't stand that **** Also nobody cares. I'm going to put the corners like in the corners. It can overlap. It's totally fine. More chicken. This is four cups of shredded rotisserie. Wanna use more or less? Go for it. I feel like I shoulda had a little bit more sauce to go over the top here but we're just going to hit it with this last little bit of cheese. We're cooking it at 150 for about an hour. I'm eating mine with some sour cream and salsa as suggested by Todd. So my top layer of tortillas got a little crispy and I'm kind of excited about that. This is good.
