Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups finely grated carrots
Frosting
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (more or less)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F, and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt. Set aside.
