1 cup oats 
3/4 cup egg whites 
1/2 cup cottage cheese 
1/4 cup pumpkin puree 
1 tbsp maple syrup 
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

This makes 2 servings ( I save the other pancake for breakfast next day … win!!!! ) 

Each pancake under 300 calories  and 23g protein 

I will usually have some Greek yogurt on the side ( to hit at least 30 G protein for my breakfast ) 

 and top with my favorite toppings fruit, almond butter , syrup , low fat whip topping and cinnamon
