Once the pan is hot, add a little oil and throw down the shaved ribeye. Once chopped up a little bit, season it up with “The Go To Blend” by @Fire & Smoke Society and chop up to you’re desired consistency. Set aside on warm side of griddle. 3. Next, throw down some butter and add the sliced onions. Grill the onions until soft and colorful. 4. Next combine the meat and onions. Add 1 cup of American cheese and 1 cup of provolone. Adjust as you like. Mix everything together until the cheese has melted well and set aside. 5. Add the remaining cup of American cheese to the half cup of milk, stir until cheese and milk are blended together. 6. Cut the puff pastry into squares. Add ample provolone cheese, Steak mixture, and cheese sauce. 7. Form into a ball and place on a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Bake at 375F for 25-30 min.
