Save off the juice and make a gravy for the best gravy you’ve ever tasted! 3 tablespoon butter 5 tablespoon flour 2 cups chicken pan juices + water/broth if not enough Salt and pepper to taste Melt the butter in a pan, mix in the butter until all flour has disappeared and it starts to bubble.
