Make Chickpea Peanut Butter with us. Bought a couple of cans of Chickpeas few weeks ago but we don’t eat a lot of chickpeas in our household. So, I decided to make cookies out of it instead. It came out soft and pretty good. Taste more like peanut butter than chickpeas. Difficultly Level of making it - 2/5 • Freezable - 2 months • Fridge- 5 to 6 days Room temp - 2 to 3 days Ingredients • - 1 can of Chickpeas (Rinsed and Drained) • - 2 ripe Bananas • - 1/2 cup of Peanut butter • - 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup (optional) • - 1 tsp of Baking powder • - 2 tbsp of Apple sauce or Coconut oil • - 3/4 cup of Rolled Oats - 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract Method • 1.
