It’s relatively affordable, comes together easily and is totally delicious. Also great with a poached egg if you’re not into chicken. Pour 15 nuggets : * 100 g de lentilles corail * 180 g de carottes * 1 petit oignon * 1 gousse d’ail * 4 branches de persil * 60 g de pain dur * Épices : sel, poivre, paprika, cumin Faites cuire les lentilles corail une dizaine de minutes dans de l’eau bouillante. Faites cuire les carottes à la vapeur jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient bien fondantes. Égouttez les lentilles et les carottes, puis mettez-les dans un robot avec l’oignon, l’ail, le persil, le pain dur et les épices. Mixez le tout. (Je préfère laisser quelques petits morceaux pour plus de texture.) Huilez vos mains et façonnez les nuggets.
