We are going to make the best salad you guys have ever had. So great for this summer and it's so delicious and if you are a fan of Mexican food, you are really really going to love this one. It's nutritious and delicious, okay? Alright, got all that in there. Now, I'm going to take some diced tomatoes. I really like the colorful kind. So, I'm going to go with those. Some diced cucumber. And now, for the fun stuff, here is where we're going to put a spin on things. I'm going to do some fire-roasted corn. I did drain the juice of course. This is going to be like a taco salad. It is so good. You guys are going to love this. Then, we're going to add some black beans. Also, drain that juice. You don't want a saudi salad. Oh my gosh. This is a big old salad. This could be so many people. You can also meal prep and save it for the week so that way everything is all good to go and you got yourself a healthy, delicious snack. Now, let's add on the best part which is going to be some chicken. This is some pre-cooked grilled chicken strips. You can cook your own fresh, however you want to do it but I like things easy. So, this is the way we're doing it here. Now, I'm going to add some shredded cheddar cheese. You could skip this if you want to be a little healthier but it really does go with a taco salad. I mean, can't really eat tacos without cheese but it is optional so you don't have to do this. I'm only using half the bag because you really don't need too much. Ooh, this is a big one today. Now, we're almost done. I'm going to add in some fresh washed cilantro and I'm going to use my kitchen scissors so snip it up. It's just easier for me that way. I do like bigger pieces. I don't mind it. I really love cilantro but you can make the chopped finely if you prefer that. Now, we're going to take some fresh lime juice and I'm going to squeeze this entire lime all over this. This is a big old salad so I'm going to use all of it. Lime is so good for you and it's so perfect for summer. It's just so fresh, delicious, perfect on a salad, any salad you dough but especially our taco salad we're making. Now, of course, anything to do with tacos, you need some taco seasoning. So, I'm sprinkle that on there. Don't worry, we are going to toss this all up in just a moment but I like to make things easy by just adding it all in first and then work it with the mixing after. Alright and now, we're going to add some tortilla chips. I love a good crunch in salad. So, we're going to crush these up. You just take some and my gosh. So good. I love when restaurants are adding tortilla chips to salad. It really is the best. It doesn't even get soggy like you would think with your dressing. It's just a nice good crunch and it really makes you feel like you're getting filled up because sometimes salads don't fill you up but this one, you guys, I promise, you will be full from this. Alright, that looks good. Beautiful. Oh, such a pretty salad. Now, one final thing, the only thing that every salad needs is some dressing and I'm going to do some ranch. If you want to spice it up, you can mix the ranch with some sriracha. I love doing that but today, we're just going to keep it nice and fresh. So, Pour that all over. Yum. Okay. That is perfect. Now, we just gotta mix this all up. Alright. So, I'm going to use my hands to mix this up. You can use tongs if you want but I find it much easier to use my hands. So, I'm going to put on these gloves real quick. Hopefully, my nails don't poke through. Alright. Because we have a lot in here. So, we really want to get in there. Make sure every bite has every ingredient, every amazing flavors. So, whoo. Let's do it. Okay. Ooh, I'm nervous. I'm going to. Oh my gosh. Okay. There we go. This is so satisfying you guys. Forget those tongs. You definitely need to throw on your gloves and use your hands because whoo. If you are angry at your husbands today angry at you know people cutting you off when you're getting home from work put it all into your salad take out that anger and then eat some deliciousness make you feel better oh yeah oh my gosh this is looking so good Okay. Really want to fold in everything together. Ooh, that's a juicy salad. Whoop. We'll take away this. Don't eat that. Alright. Almost done. Wow, this smells really good, you guys. These flavors are just the best. Mmm mmm mmm. Okay. I think we've got this nice and mixed. Yum yum yum. Okay. Let's go ahead and take these gloves off and serve it. Oh my gosh. At our beautiful salad. Our taco salad. Mmm. Wow. This just looks so incredible you guys. All of these flavors. I know it's pretty drenched in that ranch. You could do less if you want but ranch is just so delicious. I say go for it. Look at that. We got our chicken, the cheese, taco seasoning, lime, the corn. Oh and can't forget about those crunchy tortilla chips. Alright Lorenzo, it's time for you to try since you're the one that eats meat. Are you ready? Oh my goodness. Is this all for me? It can be.
