Do 1 traditional shoulder press with your right side. Move both arms inward a bit to an angled shoulder press hold. Press the right arm. Move both arms to the front in a front shoulder press hold in front of your face. Press the right arm again. Move both arms back out to the traditional shoulder press hold. Now do the same exact thing but working the left arm. Once you have completed both sides, both arms should be back out and holding in a traditional shoulder press hold.
