Ingredients for Cauliflower: 1 whole cauliflower, 1.2 cup melted butter, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp old bay, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 cajun, 1 tsp black pepper. . . . Ingredients for Cheese Sauce: 1 1/2 tbsp butter, 1 1/2 tbsp flour, a sprinkle of the spices used with the cauliflower, 1/2 can of evaporated milk, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1 cup mozzarella . . . . Cooking Instructions: Add melted butter and spices to cauliflower. Place cauliflower in the fridge for 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Removed cover and bake for another 20-30 minutes (or until golden brown). Add the Cheese sauce and sprinkle chives. . . . #fyp"

You know your rice is gawd DAAANNNG when you've got tons of other flavourful dishes served alongside it but all you want in your mouth is more ONION BUTTERED RICE! Ingredients: serves 4 -1 onion, finely sliced -3 tbsp butter -2 cups uncooked rice -4 cups vegetable stock -2 tap salt -pepper to season -1 tbsp ground turmeric - fried shallots 1) Fry your sliced onions in butter for 5 minutes in a saucepan. Your onions will caramelise and your butter will brown. 2) Then toss your uncooked rice in and make sure every grain is well coated. Transfer to a rice cooker if preferred. 3) Add your vegetable stock and seasonings. Cook on a normal rice setting, or with the lid on if on the stove top.

Recipe ⬇️ INGREDIENTS 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained ½ tsp baking soda 1 medium garlic clove 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ¼ cup tahini sauce 3 tbsp lemon juice (or to taste) ¼ tsp sea salt or to taste ½ tsp cumin INSTRUCTIONS 1. Drain canned chickpeas and place in a pot of water, covering chickpeas. Add baking soda, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes just until the skin of chickpeas start to crack and fall off. 2.
