This lovely circa mid-to-late Victorian era silver topped 14k yellow gold ring. The navette shaped gallery is accented with sixteen (16), semi-bezel/bead set, old European cut diamonds and six (6), bead set, rose cut diamonds. The shoulders of the ring are each accented with three (3), bead set, rose cut diamonds. The ring measures 26.2mm at the top, rises 5.5mm above the finger, tapering to 1.4mm wide and 0.8mm thick at the base of the shank. It is currently a size 7. A few of the accent diamonds are chipped but this is not visible without magnification.
