Art Moritz von Schwind

Moritz von Schwind (B. 21 Jan 1804, Vienna, Austria – D. 08 Feb 1871, Poking, Bavaria) was an Austrian painter. Schwind's genius was lyrical—he drew inspiration from chivalry, folklore, and the songs of the people. Schwind was buried in the Alter Sudfriedhof in Munich.
