45min · 10 servings Easy & Delicious Rava ( Semolina ) Ladoos. Festive Special, Indian Dessert Ingredients : • 1. Ghee 1 tbsp + 3 tbsp • 2. Almonds & Cashews handful • 3. Rava 1 Cup • 4. Shredded Coconut 1/4 Cup • 5. Sugar 1 Cup • 6. Water 1/4 Cup • 7. Elaichi ( Cardamom) 3 to 4 pods • 8. Saffron Strands 10 to 12 Method : • 1. In the pan add 1 tbsp ghee and nuts. Roast for 2 to 3 minutes. Then keep aside. • 2. In the same pan add 3 tbsp Ghee, Rava & roast until aromatic. For about 5 to 7 Minutes. Then add Shredded Coconut and roast again until aromatic around 5 Minutes. Now keep it aside. • 3. In another pan add Sugar and water and cook for a few Minutes. Once it starts Boiling add Elaichi & Saffron. • 4. Cook until you get One strand Consistency. Then add Roasted Rava & Nut
