Notes:
Only editing tape flips were performed. The transfer recording
level was high enough to not need normalization for Set II.  
However, there is some clipping for three sample points in Tenor Man.
There is a a half second of crackle in Toys R Us. There's
a dropout right as Karl is saying `Chris' (Stillwell) after
Boogaloo Boogie ends.

Robert teases Flood in Franklin Park during Right On, and
Elgin teases Fixing a Hole in December's Bicycle.
