It's Tommy's turn to Manifest as a hybrid. Out of all the options he's got, of course he's going to pick the man who picked him out of the woods and raised him. It means that he's going to Manifest as a Siren if he goes with Wilbur, but Tommy doesn't see much of an issue with that.
