Vierala Vrammyr and Vysara Moonsong find themselves abducted and later stranded far from the places they once called home. As the Absolute wreaks havoc along the Sword Coast, both women find themselves caught in a web of love, loss, and the divine. As followers of Selûne, Vysara and Vierala are given an additional but no less important task: put an end to Shar's unmerciful reign once and for all. Shar is attempting to unseat the Chosen of the Dead Three and claim control of Karsus's Crown for herself. It is up to two unlikely heroines and the friends made along the way to see that the light is restored to Baldur's Gate forever.

After defeating the Absolute, Tav joins Astarion in the Underdark to live with his siblings and the other vampire spawn. A new manuscript detailing vampire spawn has been discovered, and it's up to all of them to work together. But change is hard.
Tav is a human Paladin, with an Oath of Devotion that has guided her and her companions through the events of Baldur’s Gate 3, saving as many beings as possible.
Why did she do all of these things, saving so many beings that others would have written off? Because she felt it was her duty, that she should be GOOD and protect the weak and defenseless, as is her tenet. But she also has a secret that she has yet to tell anyone… That it’s time to tell Astarion …She is also a Siren, but there is so much more to it than she knows.
All things considered, even she doesn’t know how things will end for the two of them. -

She had read one singular book and now he couldn't get her to stop talking about it. He never should have introduced her to that audio library app. He didn't understand why she was so obsessed with it.
‘Love conquers all,’ she had replied gleefully when he asked.
Of course she would think of it that way. Meeting Wyll had quite literally saved her life. But Astsrion’s heart condition couldn't be cured by meeting a young surgeon who happened to be familiar with revolutionary procedures.
No, Astarion simply had no heart at all.
