In its application fields, which are science, technology, engineering, and business, the implementation of rule-based AI systems leads to benefits such as accuracy and correctness of design, and personalization of the process itself and the results. An algorithmic AI suite is based on design and logical imitation models alone, without creating and/or using Big Data and knowledge bases. Excessive complexity of configuration and high design resource capacity, which are inherent in deterministic systems, are balanced by a special methodology. A hierarchical modeling approach gives a quasi-dynamic network effect, symmetric to the analogous effect in neural networks. System performance is improved by deterministic reference training capable of modifying imitation models in online interaction with users. Such training, which serves as an alternative to neural machine learning, can be imple...

It has become especially acute in recent years in connection with the forced transition to a large-scale organization of distance learning. Based on the analysis of the cultural and historical process in Russia, the most important traditions and features of Russian education are identified, which ensured its sustainable development and world recognition of a high level of quality. The radical economic and social changes at the end of the twentieth century, their consequences and impact on education are considered. The authors point to a number of factors that play a significant role in the development of the education system, determining its flexibility and sustainability. Special attention is paid to modern trends in the development and use of information technologies in education in the context of digitalization of the economy, including distance learning, and the open education system. New objective possibilities are compared that should contribute to the formation of an innovative educational environment of the university, intellectualization of the educational process, and problematic aspects that require detailed study. The authors classify these problems. The directions of their solution are outlined.

These technologies have dramatically changed how societies and individuals communicate. The current study examined whether the paradigm of good teaching dimensions customary in the research literature can predict students' self-efficacy and social-academic climate in e-Learning. For this purpose, 147 students from different academic institutions were sampled and asked to choose one course they had studied online, completing a questionnaire on their experience of the course. The questionnaire was divided into four sub-topics, where at first the participants were asked to answer several demographic questions and the rest of the questions were divided by the research variables as follows: the first group of questions dealt with perceived self-efficacy; the second group dealt with the teaching dimensions presented in Hativa's (2015) theory, from which select teaching behaviors were extracted. In the final part, the questionnaire examined the social-academic climate during the course. The research results show correlations between the research variables and some of the demographic variables. The higher the respondent's age and years of schooling, the higher the lecturer's evaluation. Furthermore, men were found to rank lecturers on teaching dimensions significantly lower than did women. Respondent self-efficacy rose with age and years of schooling. Moreover, the higher the participants' age, the more positive the climate reported, and women tended to rank classroom climate higher than did men.

For this purpose, identical questionnaires were administered to teachers and parents, with an added question on suggestions for increasing efficacy. The questionnaires show that there is need for change. This study is a pioneer study, and therefore it proposes suggestions for further research. Furthermore, a proposal for increasing the efficacy of parent-teacher meetings was offered by the researchers. Once further research is undertaken in this field, it will be possible to perform a more thorough exploration of the issue, of which the current study provides an initial overview.

Primarily they allow testing the acquired knowledge and skills in their use as a technology of the definite types of problems solution. Thus, the level of logical reasoning development plays a significant role in the successful mastery of many subjects (mathematical courses in particular). So, the problem of objective and measurable criteria for assessing the impact of the level of logical reasoning on the mastery of mathematical subjects is of current concern. We have studied the scientific sources that describe the testing technologies use for assessment of academic achievement as well as the level of logical reasoning development. We have found that the existing methods are based only on the individual work of the teacher with a student and don't suggest any diagnosing technology. The goal of our research is to prove the effectiveness of our method as compared to the traditional one.

Many programs have been developed that include computer-assisted teaching, as well as online courses at educational institutions. The current study focuses on WhatsApp messaging and its use in academia. Studies have found that class WhatsApp groups serve for communicating with students, nurturing a social atmosphere in the classroom, forming dialogue and collaborations between students, and as a means of learning. The current study explored students' level of achievements and satisfaction as part of a WhatsApp group in a case study of a seminar course, with the aim of investigating whether use of a WhatsApp group as part of guiding an academic seminar will improve achievements in writing the seminar paper. The findings show a significant positive relationship between the achievements of WhatsApp users and their satisfaction, such that the higher the achievements of WhatsApp users the higher their satisfaction. This tool was found to have a strong effect on students' achievements. The current findings illuminate the possibilities offered by technological tools for teaching practice.

The study included 122 participants, students in their second, third, or fourth year of academic studies, who had experienced online studies during Covid-19 as well as face-to-face studies. They had all participated in both small classes (35 students or less) and large classes (more than 35 students). The study indicates that there is indeed a significant difference in students' motivation and engagement, irrespective of the size of the study group, and the difference in motivation depends on the method of delivery, whether online or traditional (face-to-face). The research results reveal new knowledge regarding online studies and help enrich the literature on this topic, in the context of motivation for online studies and the size of the study group, which are significant causes underlying students' academic success. It is evident from the study that size does not affect motivation, which is solely the student's responsibility. The challenge of academic institutions and lecturers in the digital era is to raise students' motivation and engagement, irrespective of the study group.

We develop robot efficient coordination using the devices located on towers or a tethered aerial apparatus tracing the robots on controlled area and supervising their environment including natural and artificial markings. The simple prototype of such a system was created in the Laboratory of Applied Mathematics of Ariel University (under the supervision of Prof. Domoshnitsky Alexander) in collaboration with company TRANSIST VIDEO LLC (Skolkovo, Moscow). We plan to create much more complicated prototype using Kamin grant (Israel)

In this paper we describe correct operation of autopilot for supply correct drone flight. There exists noticeable delay in getting information about position and orientation of a drone to autopilot in the presence of vision-based navigation. In spite of this fact, we demonstrate that it is possible to provide stable flight at a constant height in a vertical plane. We describe how to form relevant controlling signal for autopilot in the case of the navigation information delay and provide control parameters for particular case of flight.

We start with a brief review of the paper and its motivations. The first section deals with the approximation by tame automorphisms and the Belov–Kontsevich Conjecture. The second section provides quantization proof of Bergman’s centralizer theorem which has not been revisited for almost 50 years and formulates several related centralizer problems. In the third section, we investigate a free algebra analogue of a classical theorem of Białynicki-Birula’s theorem and give a noncommutative version of this famous theorem. Additionally, we consider positive-root torus actions and obtain the linearity property analogous to the Białynicki-Birula theorem. In the last sections, we introduce Feigin’s homomorphisms and we see how they help us in proving our main and fundamental theorems on screening operators and in the construction of our lattice Wn-algebra...

The number of students whose studies were discontinued in March 2020 was about 300 million. The number reached to 1.6 billion on April 2020. To provide basic education for the students during the pandemic, many countries transferred to a mandate of distance learning for the education system. Use of different platforms for distance learning has helped reduce learning gaps. The Corona virus has forced educational systems to enter in a mode of digital transformation and to leave physical classrooms. The impact of this situation was felt at every level of the education system, from kindergartens to universities. This situation creates not only challenges, but many opportunities. Learning in the global open space creates new learning environments and the use of new learning materials.A case study was conducted in Israel. Self-prepared questionnaires were given to 123 educators who teach in elementary schools, ...
