someone else please try to figure out why the ableism in the series is at its best in the same arcs where misogyny is at its worst (the prophecies begin and dawn of the clans). like why can the erin's only treat disabled people somewhat normally when they treat women like shit. like i said i'm going to go do drugs but someone else should figure this out
the erins have a bigotry quota they need to meet when writing the books and they realized they added too much misogyny and too little ableism so they overcorrected to level it out 😔 they’ve been going steady with the racism though 😇
