I return from my sabbatical. Winter hibernation was restorative. I have gotten through January. Some small updates to current goings on and blog, just to dust off myself and this place.

4-10-24

Expanding 'The Theatre' - as a section I wanted to house political writing. I have struggled to write much in this vein post-uni, so hopefully the first piece there can be some initial practice, and a personal working through of the hurt and anger that accompanies any study of the current depravities of capitalism and western imperialism.

I aim for more structured and referenced pieces in the future.

Otherwise, some updates to my music listening and a blog post.

Some new parts added, or planned out.Some may spur me on to finish certain things I've been meaning to finish. Other bits I just found fun.

New blog post, and space for other writings mapped out. I have some history stuff I don't know what to do with.

Further development of links pages. Its hard to know how to organise links to a lot of the sites I've found through neocities and beyond, so for now it was just getting them on there.

I hope to add comments to them over the next while.

Some fleshing out of a links page, or one of what could be many; organising the numerous neocities and personal sites I've bookmarked is an undertaking that may take some time.

I have added a welcome page. Maybe i could have it as a the proper landing page, but for now that seemed liable to break everything. But its there for those who find it.

Until I figure out what else to have on this home page, this shall be my temporary update log

I have now moved the running commentary that was housed here to its own blog section considering the size of yesterdays post.

Despite my protestations I have dithered and properly rescaled many images to see what happens. I'm planning to make a more fully featured art page that will have pieces in higher res.

Hopefully these changes don't make neocities shit the bed, as they seemed to yesterday.

Updated some music i've been listening to and all that stuff. Its nice having some lists.
