In this worksheet, students are to place the words: trapezoid, square, parallelogram, quadrilateral, isosceles trapezoid, rhombus, kite and rectangle in the appropriate box. The worksheet concludes with several sometimes/always/never questions to assess student learning. NOTE: This uses the CCSS definition that a trapezoid is a quadrilateral with AT LEAST one pair of opposite sides that are parallel. Answer key is included. This is an editable Word document.

Looking for a Geometry Curriculum or supplemental material for your Geometry class? This curriculum has served me well the past several years.
