Ingredients • 1 cup powdered egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites) • 1 cup water. • 1 cup cottage cheese (I used organic, whole milk). • 1 Mix egg is white powder with water until stiff peaks form. • 2. Blend cottage cheese. • 3. Fold cottage cheese into the egg white mixture • 4. Transfer mixture to a loaf pan. • 5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees • Enjoy!
