Made these with my younger brothers Liam and Josh. Bun Dough - 100g warm milk - 100g warm water - 25g caster sugar - 7g yeast - 300g bun flour (substitute with cake flour or a mix of plain flour and cornstarch - 5:1 ratio) BBQ Pork Filling - 2 tbsp vegetable oil - 1/3 cup finely chopped onion - 1 tbsp caster sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce - 1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce - 1/2 tbsp sesame oil - 1/2 cup water or chicken stock - 1 tbsp cornflour (mixed with 1 tbsp water) - 1 1/2 cups Chi
