We're going to make this nice and even. Next, we have some pecans. I'm using larger pecan pieces but you can of course chop these up smaller if you prefer. Then, we're going to make a really nice layer here of a pecans. You can switch this out for any type of nut that you would like and right on top of that, we're going to add some sweetened coconut flakes. Yummy. So, this is inspired by Hello Dolly Bars. Ooh, it's a popular recipe based on the movie Hello Dolly and this is a pie version of that recipe. Let's spread this out right on top just like that. Delicious and right on top of that, we're going to add sweetened condensed milk. Just going to add a nice drizzle right here. Beautiful. It's going to add a delicious layer right on top of our pie. Let me know if you guys, if you've seen Hello Dolly, maybe you performed it in school, maybe you love musicals. You guys let me know what you think of Hello Dolly. Maybe you've made the bars before. So delicious. So I'm going to use about three quarters of this can. So it makes a nice sweet layer. Just like that. Right on top of that sweetened condensed milk. I'm going to add another layer of our pecans. Just right on top. Yum. And maybe you switch out that second layer for like an almond or a walnut. I'm going double pecan now. I like pecans. Of pecans. So good and we're going to top it with more of our chocolate chips. Oh yes. Can't have enough chocolate. Right. Delicious. Okay and just like that, we're going to put our Hello Dolly Pie in the oven. It's set at three fifty. Alrighty, so we have this in the oven about 20 minutes. I let it cool just a bit. Wow you guys. Yum. Look at this pie. Wow. That is fantastic. Now of course you could serve this with whipped cream or ice cream. I'm just going to go straight up right as is. This looks incredible. Oh my goodness. Okay. Here we go. Love that coconut on there. Oh yeah. Now, that's good.
