Because I feel thats such a bold statement. But these cookies really ticks all the boxes, sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy & so satisfying. Ingredients 2 ¼ cup 1.1 GF flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp kosher salt ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed ⅓ cup granulated sugar 1 cup butter 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter 2 eggs 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (I like to mix dark & milk) 2 cups dark chocolate Add the butter to a small stock pot & place over med/low heat. Cook for 10ish minutes until light golden brown. (if using dairy free butter make sure to keep an eye on the butter-it can burn easily). Remove, cool partial
