I'm using jasmine rice because that's what we love here but you can use regular white rice. You can use anything you like. On top of that, you're going to add two cans of cream of chicken soup. I have the family size here so I only need one and you're just going to go directly on top of that rice there. Then, we're going to take some chicken broth. I'm using low sodium here but you can use whatever you like and we're going to fill up half of that can with the chicken broth and just pour that directly on and we're going to give everything a nice, good mix. We want to mix in that broth with that cream of chicken soup with that rice and this is the perfect dump and bake recipe. It only takes a few minutes of prep time and your family is going to absolutely love it. Now, we're going to take about two and a half pounds of chicken breast. You can use full chicken breast. You can use chicken tenders whatever you like. If you're going to use a large chicken breast, I like to score the top with chicken to give it those nice marks. It's going to help it cook beautifully. Going to season our chicken, a little bit of salt, a little bit of pepper, little bit of garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Now, you take your washed broccoli and you can use frozen broccoli. You can use fresh whatever you like. If you're going to use fresh, this is just such a nice life hack. You just use scissors to cut these florets and just put em all over here. This is going to be so quick and easy you guys and I'm just going to push this broccoli down into our cream here and that looks so good. Now, we're going to get one packet of onion soup mix. This is going to make it taste so good and we're just going to pour this over everything. Make sure you get some on that chicken, on the broccoli, on the rice. Look at that you guys. This is going to be so incredible. We're going to cover this with aluminum foil, put it into a 350° oven for one hour then we're going to take it out of the oven, uncover it, and add some delicious cheese. Alright, it's been an hour and Everything smells wonderful. Let's take a look. Look at how good that looks. Everything is cooked perfectly. We're going to go ahead and add some delicious shredded cheese on top. We're going to do about a cup and a half. Get everything covered in this cheese. We're going to throw this back in the oven uncovered for about five minutes just to melt that cheese on top and we'll come back and dive right in. Alright, our cheese is bubbly. This thing is done. Look at that you guys. We're just going to grab a nice piece of chicken here and look at how good that looks. Wow. Get that cooked rice, little bit of broccoli. Alright, let's try it out and there you have it, our cheesy chicken and rice bake is done. Everything is cooked perfectly. We're just going to grab a nice, juicy bite of chicken here. Let's try it out. That is so good, juicy, flavorful chicken. That onion soup mix really comes through. Let's try the rice. Moist rice, delicious, and that fresh broccoli. Everything is so good. This was so easy to make. You guys have to make this today.

This original video was produced by Network... | By Life with Coco | I will never go back to my old cheese dip recipe after learning this. You want to start with one brick of Pepper Jack cheese, one can of Rotel tomatoes, Next ingredient is one brick of Colby Jack cheese and if you don't have enough room in your cast iron skillet, just start breaking up these cheeses to make em fit. Next ingredient is one brick of Philadelphia cream cheese. And then one can of green chilies. Typically, they'll come in a smaller can. Okay, once all of your cheeses and the green chilies, rotel tomatoes are added. Last ingredient here, this is regular ground beef and I'm just going to throw in some original taco seasoning. So, we're just going to season this up, right? I already brown this before we started here. So, just use a skillet and you just want to brown up some ground beef. Also, could use some turkey meat or some chicken. Just whatever kind of protein you're feeling. Okay, once that's mixed, you just want to add it into your cheese skillet here. Little bit here. Little bit here and we're going to throw this into the oven at 350 degrees and this is going to come out so gooey, so delicious. The best queso dip you've ever had. Alright, we're ready to throw it in? Let's throw it in. Alright. Got my cast iron here. Alright, make sure if you have a little plastic edgy on your cast iron skillet, you want to take that off and then throw that in the oven. Okay so while our cheese is all melting in the oven there I'm going to go ahead and get my tortilla strips. These are corn tortillas. And I'm going to cut these into small little triangles. So one cut there. One cut there. Alright. Do the other on the same side. One cut there. Alright and we're going to go ahead and make some homemade tortillas. Alright so once your oil this is just regular vegetable oil. Get a thermometer here. It needs to be at at least three fifty. It could be a little bit higher if you want but just make sure you don't burn them. And then you want to go ahead and dip these in. Let's go ahead and do two at a time. Ready? There they go. Oh, doesn't that look nice? Go ahead and get two more in. Okay, so you just want to give all of these a little blitzy blue. Get em all nice and crispy. Look at that. Homemade tortilla chips. So easy. Alright, once your chips are all nice and crispy, you can go ahead and plate em up. Just put some paper towels down to soak in all that oil there. Last one here. Look at those homemade tortilla chips. I couldn't believe how easy they were. So, we're just going to sprinkle a little bit of salt on top. Let those cool and and get out our cheese dip. It should be ready now. Is it ready? Check it out. Right, mittens on. Let's see it. Oh my goodness. Look at this cheesy queso dip. My goodness. Oh let's check this out. Oh I'm so excited to swirl this around. Okay so right now we have our Pepper Jack cheese. Colby Jack right here. We also have some cream cheese. Little bit of ground beef. Rotel tomatoes and don't forget about those green chilies. Alright let's go ahead and mix this. Wow. Oh my goodness. Look at all my goodness. Look how good this looks. Look how cheesy and amazing. Oh I already know for biting into it. It's going to be the best cheese dip I've ever had. And yeah forget about that Velveeta Rotel recipes. This is stepping up your game. And it's still just as easy as the old school recipe. Oh this is so good. Look at all that mixed together. That cheesiness. Alright. It's going to be way too hot to taste test. But I'm going to go ahead and get a little bite. Blow on it because I gotta I gotta try this out right? Let's go and get our homemade tortilla chips. Alright. Mmm delicious. Oh my gosh. Look at that. Look at that. Our right. Look at that crunch. I hear the crunch. How is it? It's all done. Oh wow. It's delicious. You have to try it. You have to try it. Alright. Yummy, right? Mm hmm.
