Recipe: Ingredients: 3 cups shredded chicken 3/4 cup bbq sauce 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 10 oz tortilla chips 1 1/2 cup cheese of choice 1/2 cup corn 1/2 cup black beans Toppings: bbq sauce Jalapeños Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F In a bowl, coat chicken with bbq sauce + spices Line a pan with parchment paper Spread chips onto it Add bbq chicken + corn + black beans + cheese Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted. The reason why you buy this log is because it’s the perfect shape for cutting slices that perfectly fit on a crostini. Easy recipe below: INGREDIENTS 1 baguette 1 pomegranate 1 brie log, sliced rosemary, chopped honey olive oil flakey salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350. Brush the top side of each of the baguette slices with the olive oil then toast in the oven until golden brown (about 10 minutes) 2. Cut off the top about a half inch from the crown of the pomegranate. Once you remove the top, score the skin to create four sections. Carefully pull the pomegranate apart over a bowl of water. Cut brie into eighths. (Like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut id the brie is sticking to it. 3. Within each “slice” cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side. 4. (Similar to how they did it with Unexpected Cheddar). I actually tried a spoonful on its own and wasn’t completely convinced, BUT then made them into this simple crostini and they are SOOOO GOOD! INGREDIENTS Trader Joe’s Syrah Soaked Toscano Cheese Spread & Dip Baguette, sliced Bartlett pear, sliced Prosciutto, optional - I put it on half Honey Rosemary, chopped INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush the top side of each of the baguette slices with olive oil. Place the slices onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until light golden brown. 2.
