Jessica Thompson on Instagram: "I’ve been wanting to do this for years and the weather was nice today so I gave it a shot. 

Here’s what I did:
1. Dug a water trail away from the house, about 3 feet to ensure the rainwater disperses away from the foundation. 
2. Bought a pond liner from @loweshomeimprovement and cut to fit in the hole.
3. Purchased a large rock from Minik and placed it before the rainspout at a slope. Then used a second large rock under the large rock for support and to keep it in place. 
4. Laid out small river rock and spread led it evenly. 
5. Used medium rocks from Minik along the edges.

Now bring on the spring rain!
