Ingredients are ridiculously simple:
- frozen watermelon (it only takes about 2 - 3 big watermelon chunks to make a serving)
- juice from half a lime
- lime zest
- sweetened condensed milk to taste

For the watermelon, I recommend freezing for at least a few hours or overnight, and to shave the frozen watermelon, I recommend using a microplane. As for toppings, some folks add Tajin or honey, which I’m sure are excellent as well, but I’m confident just about anything will taste good as long as you’ve picked out a good watermelon 🙂
