Questioning where you should place it especially if you have more moveable lid space than you once did… THEN👇🏼👇🏼 ‼️This eyeliner hack is for you and it may be one you have never seen before🙌🏻 This hack works well with any color of eyeshadow and gives you the perfect placement for YOUR eye everytime🙌🏻 ➡️ Simply pretend you are making an extra eyelash and make a small line toward the tail of the brow. Your brush matters! I am using the Seint Etch Brush. Attach to the lid and apply a tiny amount under the eye but stop at the iris. No messing with loose skin on the eye with this method! Would you try

Michèle Clausen on Instagram: "3 BEST EYELINERS for HOODED EYES Hooded eyes require eyeliner techniques that enhance without overwhelming. Here are three flattering styles to try: 1. Tightlining – Subtle Definition Line the upper waterline to fill in gaps between lashes, creating a fuller lash line without taking up lid space. Use a waterproof liner to prevent smudging. 2. Smudged Liner – Soft & Sultry Apply liner close to the upper lash line and gently smudge it for a smoky effect. Keep it soft and natural without extending beyond the outer corner. 3. Winged Blended Liner – The Batwing Effect Create a small flick that follows your natural crease when looking straight ahead. Blend the outer corner into the lid for a smooth transition, ensuring the wing stays visible when your eyes

Sonya MacDonald /Over 40 Makeup/Skin on Instagram: "If you haven’t grabbed your spoon 🥄yet, save this and give it a try later!! This will become your favorite way to cut your new crease for your hooded eyes!! Great way to learn perfect placement!! Take your spoon and cup it over your eye. Let the top of the spoon align in your eye socket. Take a small, dense crease brush and dip it in your matte midtone crease color. I’m using the dome end of SEINT’s Eyeshadow Brush. Run the brush along the top ridge of the spoon and into your socket from one corner of your eye. Blend up towards your brow bone for all that lift! Comment “EYES” for the link to this combo!! ⬇️"

Hooded eyes can be a real challenge, but there are a few quick and simple makeup tricks to keep in mind when you want to go for a fresh everyday open look. Check out these easy tips: * Always look straight ahead into your mirror for that perfect crease. * Focus on the crease, and blend high into the crease (uncomfortably high!) 😁 * A touch of highlighter just on the lid to instantly brighten and open up the eyes. * Tightline the upper lash line with black pencil to define. * Finish with lash-lifting mascara for that extra oomph! As we age and our eyes naturally appear smaller due to saggy lids, finding ways to open up the eyes is helpful. And really, it’s just about adding less product and lighter colors. Cheryl | Seint Makeup artist | Mature beauty on Instagram: "Every time I do a video about hooded eyes, people always like to point out that I don’t have hooded eyes 😂. The technique works, and I use it to lift my eyes as well! You don’t need a special tool to create this look- I’ve seen some people use the top of an eyelash curler, or a plastic guide. As long as you keep your eye open and apply the shadow just above that, you’re good! I used the shade “Trust” for this look, it is a grayish brown. Comment “trust” for a link! Eyeshadow brush from the same brand. #hoodedeyes"

Sometimes I just can’t get that mascara wand at the right angle so I tried this tip and WHOA.... Game changer!! Simply dip the brush into your mascara, and then use it to apply the mascara to your lashes like you would with a regular mascara wand. This can help separate and define your lashes more effectively, and it’s also great for getting to the roots of your lashes. Tilt your head slightly downward to get a better view of your lower lashes. Gently sweep the flat brush along your lower lashes, moving from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner. Be careful not to get mascara on
