1 egg 
everything season (optional) 

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Transfer the mixture by the spoonful to a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
4. Assemble as a sandwich or any way you see fit and enjoy! 💚

516K views · 31K reactions | Do you remember wonder bread? Idk why but this 3 ingredient bread reminds me of it! I was extremely surprised by how well this viral cloud bread turned out. It’s not eggy and it holds to where you can make a sandwich or use it for biscuits in my biscuits and gravy recipe. Ingredients: 1 cup dried egg whites, beaten to death (80g) 1 cup water 1 cup cottage cheese, whipped (230g) * yep I counted the water as an ingredient because of the internet crazies and their need to fixate on non important things. Process: Pre heat over to 350°. Blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until smooth. Place in the fridge. Then, take 1 cup dried egg whites and 1 cup of water and whisk until you get stiff peaks. This takes a hot second and when you think you’re done, you’re not. Keep whisking until it’s as stiff as it can get. The stiffer and higher the peaks, the bigger the bread! Once you get your desired peaks, fold in your 1 cup blended cottage cheese. (I mistakenly said “egg whites” in video instead of cottage cheese) Do not mix! You’ll lose all the air you whisked into the mixture. Add to a lined loaf pan and make sure to spray the liner! Bake for 35-40 minutes. Mine needed closer to 40, but keep an eye on it! The peaks should be golden but you want it cooked enough that the center isn’t raw / eggy. 35-40 is the safest bet. Once done allow to cool, remove from pan and slice! It didn’t taste bad on its own but it’s definitely more of a vessel for foods. I added the turkey sausage gravy from my last reel and it was SO GOOD!!!
