Summer Berries Chia Pot - perfect for meal prep and loaded with gut-loving polyphenols 🍓🫐
I’m trying to meal prep a few meals - just to help with the busy days around here. And breakfast is something I don’t compromise on! So I’ve meal prepped a big batch of this chia seed pudding to keep in the fridge! And it’s SO yum! ✨🤤 - To make: 1 cup frozen mixed berries (my bag had strawberries, blackberries, cherries and raspberries) 1.5 cups milk of choice (I used macadamia milk) 1 tsp honey - blend that all up! Then add 2/3 cup chia seeds and stir and then pop in the fridge for about 30/40 mins until set (some of the chia seeds might clump together- so just stir and break them up a bit) - Then I put about 4 tbsp natural yogurt in a cup and topped with the berry mix 🤩 SO yum! If you’re in a hurry - just put that in a to-go container and your set for a yummy breakfast on the go🫐🍓🤤
