 Ingredients: 12 ounces of white chocolate chips or morsels 6 ounces of dried cranberries 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) 1/3 cup of shredded coconut (optional) Directions: Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on Medium-High (70%) power for 1 minute, stirring after. Continue microwaving in 10-20 second intervals, stirring until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in dried cranberries, nuts, and coconut until combined. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet. Let set at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until firm. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 2 minutes | Total Time: 12 minu
