These Italian Ricotta Cookies are super soft and absolutely delicious, topped with an almond glaze and sprinkles. These cookies are like sugar cookies and they’re easy to make. NOTE: I would recommend NOT mailing these cookies. (You can share with a neighbor or take to the office, but they are not suited for postal mail.)
