The Bible in pictures. First this: God created

Putting out to the world a wild idea that was in my head as a young girl. As I read the Bible, I wanted to see real, scientific, historical pictures of what its words presented. As you can see I got carried away on the verse that says God created all things. What joy I have found in seeing the variety of creatures and creations God created. Now there is a movie called Genesis is History on Netflix which presents one view of the recent and ancient discoveries. Now boards for each Biblical book.

1.5M views · 79K reactions | The short-eared elephant shrew, or sengi, is a small insectivorous mammal with a long, flexible snout that it uses to sniff out insects and other small prey. Despite their name, they’re not true shrews and are more closely related to elephants, aardvarks, and manatees! These quick, agile creatures can reach speeds of nearly 18 miles per hour to escape predators. Fun Fact: The short-eared elephant shrew’s unique network of trails through grass and shrubs is like a personal highway system, helping it navigate quickly while evading danger! 53K views · 42K reactions | Sugar Gliders: The Cutest Pocket Pokemon Sugar gliders are tiny, nocturnal marsupials that look like something straight out of a Pokémon game. Native to Australia and nearby islands, these adorable creatures get their name from their love of sweet foods like fruits and nectar, and their ability to glide through the air thanks to a special membrane between their front and back legs. They’re about the size of a hamster, but don’t let their small size fool you—they can glide up to 150 feet in a single leap! With their big, expressive eyes and fluffy tails, sugar gliders have become popular as pets, and they’re often compared to Pokémon because of their playful and animated nature. In the wild, they live in groups and are incredibly social, which means they love to bond with their human companions too. One of the coolest things about them is that they can recognize their owners by smell, making them loyal little pals. #sugarglider #sugarglidersofinstagram #reallifepokemon | The Curiologist | curiologist · Original audio
