Let's make up something they've never had. Our pans heating up to medium. Sweezing up our flour for a chicken. About a half a stick of butter. Four tablespoons of olive oil. Just brown our chicken on both sides. Get that fork. It was slowing me down. A little flipperouski there once it gets golden brown. Now that we're over 165 we can call it marry me chicken instead of pray for me chicken. Some of them are darker than others. It ain't burnt flavor. Then four tablespoons of garlic and your chicken stock. Scrape up all the good off the bottom of your pan. Get all your flavor bits. At our light boil, we're going to lower the heat and add in our heavy cream and our Parmesan cheese. While you're waiting for that to melt, it's a good time to chop up your chicken. I've been dying to use this bunka I got from Messermeister. The last of our seasonings and our sun dried tomatoes. So it's about a cup's worth. About two/ 3 of a cup would do but since I don't want to have things just hanging out in my fridge. Go ahead and use the whole jar. Just make sure you chop em up. Once somebody takes a whole bite of a sun-dried tomato, they won't ever eat at your house ever again. we Might Be a little overloaded on this Yeah, we're going to have to hot swap it. Alright, I went with a box of penne noodles and there is all the excess that didn't make it. Now, we're going to try to pour it in without spilling. Pray, saints. Not an ounce spilt except for a dribble That Fell out of that pan. All the magic should come together. See the professional cooks, they make mistakes too. Us home cooks, I'm not hiding nothing. I'm I just improvised. No man left behind. You pay for it all. You use it all. Right back up here and act like nothing happened. Nobody will ever know. You ain't no snitch, are you? Ring the dinner bell because we are done. Earn. Oh man, the presentation didn't look as good as I thought it was but we can always clean it up in the post game. Little spritzel bits of parsley here with some fresh broccoli. Boom. Alright, Chuck. Oh my. What an adventurous eater so really. Very good. The chicken, the penet. Oh my. You're crying, man. Oh man, you see the tears? That's how good it is. Buddy, that's the pregnant wife's dad. She's not so pregnant anymore. Imma like I'm pregnant if I keep eating this. If you're not falling for easy recipes, that's your own fault. You need to try this.

Squeezing it out on here. Doesn't matter what kind you use. No, you can use whatever if you get it from Walmart, Kroger, or and we're going to get this browned up. Mhm. Then while that's going to be browning, we're going to add one stick of butter to our saucepan. It's nice and melted. Okay, now we're going to add one tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Two cups of heavy whipping cream. So you know the sauce is going to be really good with that heavy whipping cream. And one cup of Parmesan cheese. And we're going to let this boil for about 10 minutes while the meat's finishing. All good and melted. Mm hmm. And we're going to take a jar of any flavor, spaghetti sauce. Mm hmm. Pour it over our meat that we've already drained. Mix this up. Let it get warm. Nice. We're going to go right over here now. We're going to take our cooked spaghetti noodles. Mhm. We're going to put them in our nine by 13 pan. Oh wow. Noodles all spread out. Gonna take your white sauce. Mhm. We're going to spread it all over. This is the Parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream. Butter and a tablespoon of flour. Now that you got all that in there I'm going to just Parmesan sometime doesn't melt exactly all the way down. So going to spread it out a little bit here. Then we're going to take our meat sauce. We're going to put it on top. Just a little bit there. Looks good. Okay, you take your spatula and kind of spread it on. Then we've got some Italian style shredded cheese. That we're going to put on top. And then we're going to bake it at 350 for about 20 minutes. Let all the seasoning and cheeses blend together. And have a delicious supper for tonight. Or just in time for lunch. Mhm. Let's see it. Whoa. Wow. All good. Okay. I like this. I mean this all looks that looks like a nice chunk of cheese right there. It does look good. So this is like a spaghetti lasagna. Yes. I still see it popping Are you still like white? Burn your mouth. White sauce and I bet will be what's so good. Oh Terry you gotta get that piece right there though right? Cheese. Oh yeah that's a bite. But we don't want her to burn. Blow. We'll all blow all blow on it. It's hot. What would you give that one? Um at least a nine out of ten. It's really good. It's cheesy and creamy. And the sauce is good. It's like spaghetti but like upgraded. Mm.

My sauce is done and it's time to assemble our lasagna. Let's do this. My ricotta mixture has been chilling. I have oven-ready lasagna sheets. You don't really need to get oven-ready ones. You can use regular ones. I don't even boil mine ahead of time. I'm going to start by spraying my baking dish. Do I think this is going to do anything? No. Does it make me feel better? Yes. Now, as you can imagine, this is not an authentic lasagna. This is just how I do it. I start with sauce on the bottom. A generous amount. I told you, I like a meat forward lasagna like everything meat forward. Next up, lasagna sheets, lasagna noodles, pasta, whatever you want to call these. I don't mind if they overlap a little. I like my lasagna to be noodle heavy. Noodle heavy and meat forward. If you must break a noodle as many times as you see fit. Next up, cheese mixture. Let me know in the comments below if you eat cottage cheese in your lasagna because I just can't get behind that. I am now a cottage cheese girly but I'm Absolutely not. I would be disowned so fast in my family. More meat sauce. This time a little thinner. A very light sprinkling of mozzarella. Don't be too heavy handed here because I want to fit as many layers of noodles in this dish as humanly possible just keep repeating the steps like layer it up it's lasagna have you never eaten lasagna before if you haven't there's lots of layers my professional opinion I'd like a lasagna to have at least four layers of noodles this isn't deep enough of that so we're going to go with three layers of noodles and I'll show you what I'm going to do at the end on your very last layer load up the sauce as much as you like you don't need to go thin here looks beautiful now not so light handedly we are going to add mozzarella cheese to the top Some may even say this is a heavy-handed attempt. If you're lactose intolerant, just prepare yourself. Pop this in the oven at 350 degrees until it's done. It might take an hour, 45 minutes. I'm not sure. I'll let you know at the end or I probably won't because that's who I am as a person but I will be putting a baking sheet under it because it will definitely overflow. I'm making an extra lasagna for the freezer for a day where I don't feel like cooking but I really want lasagna. I used up all of my sauce and most of my ricotta so I think I'm okay and now I'm going to it in saran wrap and pop a lid over top of it and I can freeze it for another day when we just really want lasagna. My lasagna has been in the oven for about an hour and about 15 minutes ago, I put it some foil over top so that it wouldn't get too golden brown and this is what we are looking like. So, I'm going to let it cool for a little bit and then I will take a hunk and we'll give it a taste and find out the age-old question. Is it even good? I'm going to need another. That is a beautiful lasagna. This is so good and I can tell already, this is going to be even better tomorrow left over but of course, it's good. I made it. Follow along for more aggressive tutorials.

473K views · 8.9K reactions | My buddy Kevin Ashton (@oldscoolkevmo on TikTok) taught everyone how to make his Sheet Pan Lasagna, so naturally I have to try it… the Dan-O’s way! 🤤🔥... | By Dan-O's Seasoning | Buddy Old School Kevmo showed y'all how to make sheet pan lasagna so I had to try it for myself. Let's make it. So first steps, we already cooked our two pounds of lasagna noodles. Here I got two pounds of ground beef, one pound of Italian sausage. We're going to cook that up. Get it chopped up. While our meat continues to cook, you simply want to get you a knife. Get your lasagna noodles and we're going to just dice it up. Put it into your bowl. You can add a little bit of oil to your noodles and that's going to help you get them separated and not have big clumps of them sticking together. Now, it's time to spice it up. We're going with the green and the white top. This is the new Dan O's Italiano Italian seasoning with the garlic, with the onion, oregano, basil, and you know, we gotta have some of that OG. Little pop, pop, pop. Get that mixed in. Let that flavor cook into your meat. Now, it's time for your marinara. This is my absolute favorite and they do not pay me to say that. This is the expensive stuff but it's the good stuff. Go on turn our heat off. Get that all mixed in together. Now we add our meat sauce to our lasagna noodles. Now we're going to add us about four cups of some mozzarella cheese. We're going to get that all mixed in. Now we need a large sheet pan and we go right in. Spread that around. Now we're going to go on top with some more mozzarella. We're going to top this off. Now we need more Dan O's Italiano. It's a new fresh bottle. If you're wondering where you can get some. You're not going to find this in storage just yet. You will eventually but not right now. So you gotta go to our website or Amazon. Or the TikTok shot. Now we're just going to sprinkle generously right on top. Now we're also going to go in with the Dan O's Cheesing. That's Parmesan cheese with Italian herbs and spices and a little bit of Dan O's flavor. When you run out you can get it at the same place. Now we're going to set this to the side just for a second. Now you need a little bushel of spinach. Now chop it up. Add your spinach into the bowl. Two little containers of some ricotta. One egg. Bunch of Dan O's Italiano and the rest of your mozzarella. And we go in with our hands. Grab some little ricotta cheese ball and we're going to drop them right on top. Alright, that's it. Now, into our 400degree oven, we go. 45 minutes later, I actually cranked it down to 350 as well. That looks awesome. Let's get a bite. Look at this you guys. Alright. I'm super excited. It's time to get a bite. Oh. Mhm. This is so good. Cheesy. Got the meat in there. Look at the noodles. Wow. Wow. Wow. That is 100%. One of the best things I've had in a while. Make sure y'all go over to my buddy's page down below and tell them thank you. Cuz that's the yum yum. Get you some. We'll see you next time my friends. Keep sprinkling.
