Chalk Pastel Fish for Kids
These chalk pastel bubble fish were created by kids ages 6-11! The students learned about warm tones vs cool tones, and practiced lots of color blending variations- reds, yellow and oranges in the fish, and blues, whites, and yellows (to make green and turquoise with the blue) in the bubbles. I love how vibrant these fish are! Follow for more art ideas for kids!
Ms. P on Instagram: "I’m in love with this lesson 😍 this will be my art to remember project for 6th grade. Cool colors for the moon side and warm on the sun side. Watercolor, metallic markers, and then topped it off with Mr. Sketch to add another layer of design. I hope they love it as much as I do 🌙🌞 #elementaryart #elementaryartteacher #elementary #elementaryteacher #teachersofinstagram #teachersfollowteachers #teacherspayteachers #tpt #teachersofig #teachersofinsta #art #artteacher #arted
