Elbow pasta makes for an amazing Chili Mac Recipe | By Danny N’s Kitchen | Alright so that was just one package of huge elbows. And I'm instantly coming in with some pinto chili beans. Today I have an amazing recipe for you. And this is how we're going to get it going. It's amazing lunch and and this is super fast. Actually doesn't need to be in the Crockpot for too long. Taking some Rotel tomatoes. This is this is just the original of the Rotel. It has a little bit of green chilies in there. But oh this is actually coming along so nicely. Because now I'm taking one pound of lean ground beef. You don't the thing about ground beef is you don't have to drain it because everything on there is going to be absolutely phenomenal and there's not a lot of fat in there so now I'm going to take a spoon and I am just going to start mixing this all together you want all these ingredients to incorporate best part about this recipe is you part you parcook the the mac and cheese the elbows that way that way it just it's just going to end up being a perfectly perfectly moist and perfectly cooked macaroni. Doesn't that look delicious babe? Yeah it smells good too. Heck yeah. Alright. Sweet. So now that we have all that right there. I'm just going to come in with some garlic salt. I'm going to make these seasonings super fast. Okay. So garlic salt's going all on top. You want to make sure you put a decent amount in there because we don't really have any sodium. And then black pepper. I'm going to take this black pepper. And I'd like I'd like a decent amount of black pepper. I feel like it really adds like a nice little subtle like a subtle slice to it. So Speaking of spice, let's go chili powder. Love using some chili powder. We are using a mild chili pinto bean. So so you want to add a little extra oomph with that chili powder. Whoa. Let's give this one last mix and then we're just going to add our final ingredient and then get to cooking. Look at how beautiful. This looks so delicious. Holy moly. Whoa. It's crazy how something so cheap can end up looking so delicious. Now I'm coming in with some sharp cheddar cheese. Yep you guessed it. Now I'm going to put this cheddar cheese right on top of this whole entire Crockpot. Just give that a little spread across the top and this is going to add like a little top layer. It's going to hopefully be like a nice little ooey gooey topping. That's going to seal in all those delicious flavors. Oh and there you have it. I'm going to grab my lid right here. Like so. And I'm going to turn this too high. And this is going to cook in the Crockpot not even for like an hour and a half. Alright so it's been in for about an hour and a half. I'm going to turn it from high to completely off and check this out. My goodness. Doesn't that look absolutely spectacular, babe? Yeah. Alright, I'm just going to get right in. Get right to it. My gosh. Look at that. I want to get some cheese in there. Doesn't that look absolutely phenomenal? Yeah. Oh my gosh. Wow. Alright. I'm too excited. I have to give this a try. I like using the huge elbow pasta. It's just the best stuff. Super hot so make sure you blow on it. Enjoy. Are you kidding me? That is actually the best pasta I've ever made.

That's the turkey sausage. And we need some chicken broth too. That's in the fridge. Will you grab that for me please? Sure. Chicken broth. Great. Here we go. Uh there it is. Chicken broth. Great. So we've got the turkey sausage. We're going to use the reduced sodium broth to make this healthier. Now we need some seasoning. We're going to go with just a traditional steak seasoning. And we're going to have about a tablespoon of that. And now we're going to cut up our sausage. We're going to cook that on high for four hours or on low for 8 hours. Stir it up and then taste it. In here and. Alright, it's time to taste test. Now, this one came by request of you. It looks pretty good. You know, you give it a stir in the middle. You want to make sure those potatoes are done. Ooh, it actually smells pretty good. I think that that steak seasoning was a good addition. Kyle, have you ever tried anything like this before? I don't even know what this thing is. Oh, we're about to taste it and see how it turns out. You got some cabbage. What is this stuff? So, we've got cabbage. We've got potatoes. We've got turkey sausage. Is it hot? Looks like it's burning. It's looking hot. Yeah, maybe we should let it cool. Just a minute. It's good but it's really hot. They're hot. Good job. Let it cool maybe a little while.

Next add a couple tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and a packet of onion soup mix. Mix that all together and then I throw in some meatballs. Next just give this a good mix and then put your top on. Cook it on low for either five to six hours or you can cook on high for three to 4 hours. When your meatballs are done, throw in a 16 ounce package of sour cream and put the top back on for it to Continue heating while you cook your noodles. I just cook them on the stove regular until they're done. Drain them and then I will throw all the noodles into the Crock Pot with my meatballs. Mix it all together and you are ready to serve it. Be sure to save this recipe for later and let me know if you try it.

This is one of my favorites. We're taking just some frozen hamburger patties. A little can of some sliced mushrooms. Then we're going to take one can of some cream of mushroom soup. That one had roasted garlic in it. And we're doing one can of some beef broth. If you want just to fill up your regular can of cream of mushroom soup go ahead and do that. And then one of this beefy onion soup packets. And just mix that on up. I wanted to make sure I got all of these flavors blended up so well. So throw in a little bit of ketchup. And then y'all we're going to put this. Drizzle it all over each of those patties. Make sure that it is nicely coat and covered. A little Worcestershire sauce. And y'all we're going to make sure this is garliced up. Don't worry. We're going to spread this all out and it's going to be cooking on here about three to four hours on high but y'all look at this gravy and these patties. I made me some mashed potatoes because y'all this Salisbury steak in the Crock Pot it ain't nothing like you ever had.
