Ever since we learned this tip, we've saved a lot here. A friend of ours who works cleaning Madonna's house taught us this little secret. It will be very useful for you. For this, we'll need a plastic container with a lid. Save the lid for later. Place a small piece of cotton at the bottom of the container just like we're showing in the video. Next, add two generous tablespoons of coarse salt and one tablespoon baking soda. Now, we'll need white vinegar. Add just one table spoon. To make it even more special, add a little bit of your favorite scented essence, the one you like to use daily. If you don't have it, no problem. You can use concentrated fabric softener instead. It works the same way. Also, add a few bay leaves which are great for repelling any kind of unwanted insect. Remember the lid I told you to save? Heat a fork on the stove and make several holes in the lid just like we're doing so it's full of holes. Done. It's perfect. What we've just made is an excellent homemade dehumidifier. In addition to eliminating mold, it will leave your house smelling amazing. The salt, vinegar and baking soda will absorb all the mold circulating in the air.
