Coconut milk yogurt. 2 cups shredded coconut, 3 boiling water, 3 tbsp honey. Place shredded coconut and boiling water in the blender. Let it stand for 5 minutes. Add honey and blend for 3-4 minutes Strain out all the shredded coconutLet it cool to 110F. Add 1/8 tsp GI pro yoghurt starter. Place in a sterilized glass jar. Ferment it in a warm place (about 104F) for 8-10 hours. When it has fermented mix 2 tbsp gelatin powder with 2 tbsp water and stir in. Let it cool in the fridge for 6 hours.
