With this Homewood renovation, we took a cramped, inefficient kitchen and created a beautiful, functional space that opens onto the adjacent family room. The primary bathroom and the teen boys bathroom were also completely reconfigured to maximize efficiency and give them a fresh, modern aesthetic.

At #thelakeloft, we included a small appliance cabinet with fold away doors to house the appliances we use on an almost daily basis (such as the microwave and blender). We put a countertop in this cabinet for easy cleanup, and also dedicated a place for the stand mixer so we aren’t having to lug that out of a cabinet every time we want to use it.
