How we transformed our basic brick ranch by adding a new front porch!

This cottage-style ranch home features a harmonious blend of design elements. The Fairfax brown front door, set against the Aspen-colored siding, creates a rich contrast. The Provia shake siding in Timberline, used on the front gables over the porch and bedroom 2, adds texture and warmth. The Dutch Quality Autumn blend limestone, which clads the watertable and porch post piers, introduces natural stone elements that harmonize with the earthy tones, creating a cozy and inviting exterior.

A single-story rear addition becomes a two-story structure hidden from street view.

We flipped a house! It’s our first flip ever and we’ve so excited to give you a tour and our experience renovating it 💕This house was a labor of love and we’re so excited for the memories to be made by the future family who purchases this beauty.
