It works on strength and length my fave combo and targets your hips, inner thighs, glutes, hip flexors. Not to mention the upper body gets a nice deep stretch and mobility here.

As per usual, please do not seek out the biggest stretch your body can tolerate. 

Usually, it is not really tolerable and we get more tight! Expand into the places you can breath easily. 

Use blankets under your knees. Blocks under your hands. Start at 5% movement and add on from there. 

My first 5 reps were baby and so good.
